Corporate & Commercial Property Team Coordinator
Our client a professional law firm in the Heart of Chelmsford with excellent transport links. Has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Property Team Coordinator to support three fee earners.
As an experienced Corporate and Commercial Team Coordinator you will need to have experience working within Corporate and Commercial Property teams.
The Role
• To provide support to three Fee Earners
• Audio typing using digital dictation
• Electronic Diary management , Booking meeting rooms, arranging meetings
• Liaise with clients, companies, solicitors
• Regular telephone contact with clients and professional contacts
• Assist fee earners in the maintenance of time recording
• File and case management, bill preparation
• Record and assist in the opening and closing of files
• Managing marketing data and liaising with the marketing team
• Maintain the filing system
Experience required:
• Ideally at least 1 years recent Corporate, Commercial Property legal experience
• Experience with Microsoft office , word, outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Accurate Audio typing skills
• Attention to detail, excellent grammar is essential
• You will be a team player
• Able to prioritise and multitask
