Family Lawyer
Our client a well established law firm specialising in family matters, enjoy a fine reputation for the tenacious and dedicated representation of their clients. Especially in cases involving disputes over children, parents, grandparents or other family members, guardians in care proceedings .Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their Family team.
You will manage a diverse caseload covering a wide range of family matters including.
The role
• Divorce/ Dissolution of Civil Partnership
• Financial settlements and claims following the breakdown of a relationship
• Private law children cases
• Enforcement of Financial Orders
• Financial claims on behalf of a child
• Applications for Parental Responsibility
• Domestic abuse and family law injunctions
• Separation Agreements
• Pre or Post Nuptial Agreements
• Cohabitation Agreements
The Candidate
• Ideally you will be a Family Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE, although candidates that fall outside of this will also be considered
• Member of the Law Society Children Law Accreditation Scheme would be advantageous
• Ability to develop relationships with clients
• Able to work well under pressure and manage your own caseload efficiently
• Strong IT skills
