Private Client Legal Secretary
Our client a modern forward thinking law firm are recruiting for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy Private Client Team.
As a Private Client Legal Secretary you will provide administrative support to one or more lawyers.
The Role
• Providing typing and administration support to one or more lawyers
• Audio typing (BigHand)
• Opening and closing files
• Diary management, preparing lawyers for external meetings
• Carry out money laundering and ID checks
• Typing of legal documents, Wills, LPA’s, Estate Accounts
• Witnessing wills
• Liaise with Clients, Solicitors , Barristers Chambers
• Attend client meetings
• Preparing conference room
• Provide support to other secretaries as and when required
• Assist with preparation of invoices
• Taking credit card payments
• Booking events, training etc
The Candidate
• You will possess recent Private Client Experience
• Experience with all Microsoft Office packages , excellent Audio Typing skills
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communications skills and a team player
