Office Manager

Due to continued company expansion our Colchester based client is now recruiting for an experienced Office Manager / Facilities Coordinator . As an experienced Office Manager you will have gained experience in a professional services environment .

The Role

• To manage all Facilities for the firm ensuring that both offices are maintained
• Supervise and guide the Front of House Team
• Respond to email based enquires, distribution of incoming post and manage collection of outgoing post
• Responsible for maintaining the reception area, waiting room and meeting rooms
• Monitoring and ordering supplies for the office
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems
• Assist the Chief Operating Officer with managing facilities and budgets
• To assist with team and office moves
• Coordinate office and parking space allocation

The Candidate

• You will be an experienced Office Manager preferably within a Law firm or professional services environment
• Previous facilities coordination experience is desirable
• Understanding of safety regulations in offices
• Excellent communication skills essential
• A pro- active ,professional and friendly attitude
• Be comfortable in dealing with staff at all levels
• Hours Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
• 22 days annual leave , plus bank holidays and additional 3 days for Christmas closure
