PA / Operations Assistant

Due to continued growth our client is now recruiting for an experienced PA/ Operations Assistant. This is a newly created role therefore plenty of opportunity to make the role your own.

The Role

• You will provide support to a senior partner
• Responsible for manging the partners inbox
• Coordinate the facility activities with regards to building and office maintenance
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, and suppliers
• Monitoring and ordering supplies for the office
• Oversee the firm’s facility issues reporting system
• Looking after the companies insurance policies
• Updating companies policies and procedures
• Arranging interviews, sending out offer letters and contracts
• Assist the marketing team with office events
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating systems , alarms ,security cameras)

The Candidate

• Proven PA / Operations experience or a similar role desirable within a Law firm or professional services environment
• Understanding of safety regulations in offices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage various tasks with varying priorities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Be comfortable in dealing with staff at all levels
• Excellent IT Skills
