Trainee HR Administration Assistant

Our client a highly regarded firm of Solicitors, are now recruiting for a HR Administration Assistant to join there Brentwood office.

This position would suit a candidate who is looking for an opportunity to commence a career within a successful law firm .

The Role

• To provide administrative support to both the HR team , legal secretaries and Fee Earners
• Filing, scanning , photocopying
• Prepare mail including enclosures, and DX for despatch
• Diary management , arranging meeting
• Preparation of conference room for meetings ,provide refreshments
• Send out contract of employment
• Arrange inductions
• Assistant with policies and procedures
• Health and safety
• Assistant with facilities
• Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone
• Cover reception as and when required

The Candidate

• Strong administration skills preferably within a law firm but not essential as full training will be provided
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft word, outlook, Excel
• Accurate typing skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team with minimum supervision
