New Enquiries Coordinator

JS Legal Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across Essex. Due to continued growth in their Residential Property Department our client has an exciting opportunity for a New Enquiries Coordinator.
Our clients residential property team handle transactions nationwide and assist clients from both the Uk and Overseas.

About You

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for client service and a keen eye for detail ? In a front – Line role, you will act as first point of contact for all new residential property enquiries. You will provide accurate cost estimates, manage follow- up communications, and support conversion of enquiries into active files.

• Ensure timely and professional responses to all client communications
• Record accurate client property details and provide clear cost estimates
• Follow up on quotes to convert enquiries into instructions
• Open and prepare new files in the case management system
• Generate and issue initial client correspondence

Experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast – paced environment
• Organised and efficient with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working to targets and able to follow processes consistently
• Friendly and approachable, representing the firm with warmth and professionalism
