Private Client Enquiries Coordinator

JS Legal Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading regional Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across Essex. Due to continued growth in their Private Client Department my client is now recruiting for a Private Client Enquiries Coordinator.
As Private Client Enquiries Coordinator , you will be the main point of contact in the initial stages of all new enquiries to the firm regarding Wills and LPA’s.

The Role

• To act as the first point of contact for all new Will / LPA enquiries
• Ensure all calls are answered within agreed service level
• Accurately complete the fact- finding form
• To book an appointment for the lawyer
• To compete a conflict check
• Ensure that all new enquiries are logged
• Open New files using PW4
• Generate initial appointment letters, Will questionnaires

The Candidate

• This position would suit candidates with Private Client experience , or a sales progress chaser or mortgage broker or financial advisor
• Be an exceptional communicator

• Personable, professional, sensitive with the ability to build rapport
• Organised, efficient and approachable
