Private Client Team Assistant
You will be a key member of the team, assisting with admin tasks across the private client department. Your role will include general administrative duties in relation to file management, as well as taking new enquiries over the telephone.
The Candidate
• Logging Wills away in accordance with the Firm’s procedures
• General filing – paper and electronic
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties
• Answering the telephone, booking client appointments, and obtaining copies of relevant documents required for new meetings
• Organising documentation in readiness for meetings
• Typing Wills, LPA’s , IHT tax forms
• Witnessing Wills
About you
• Undertaking specific training when required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective and trusting relations with people internally and externally to the firm
• Flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude to work
• Strong IT Skills including Word, Outlook , Excel, Audio , experience with case management systems
