HR Assistant
Our client, is one of the leading Law firms in Essex, a Legal 500 recommended practice. Our client is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join their HR Team. You will provide essential administrative support to the HR manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in supporting HR processes.
This role would suit an experienced HR Administrator / Assistant, who is keen to progress into a role with more scope and responsibility a clean driving licence is essential as you will be travelling between our clients three offices .
The Role
• To provide administrative support to the HR team
• Diary management, arranging meetings
• Preparation of conference room for meetings, and provide refreshments
• Send out offer letters and contracts of employment
• Referencing
• Arrange inductions
• Keeping holiday and sickness records
• Arrange interviews
• Updating HR System
• Assist with policies and procedures
• Health and safety
• Assist with facilities
• You will be expected to travel to other offices located in Essex to provide HR Assistance
The Candidate
• You will possess a minimum of 1 years HR experience preferably within a law firm
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• You will be efficient , approachable and proactive
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Clean driving licence is essential as the position will involve travel to the companies other locations in Essex.
