Conveyancing Solicitor
Due to continued growth our client one of the leading regional law firms in London and South East LEXCEL accredited. Offering a full range of legal advice to business and individual clients, have an opportunity for a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join there Solihull office.

The role
• Handling your own caseload of property matters with minimum supervision with support staff
• Drafting and negotiating transfer of land, transfer of part and transfer of property
• Drafting new leases
• Raising enquiries on purchase transactions, dealing with enquiries on sale transactions and managing a case file from instruction and commencement to post completion
• Dealing with re-mortgages, equity release, transfer of equity
• Processing commons and village green applications
• Processing adverse possession claims
• Drafting and negotiating Deed of Covenants , Deed of Variation, Deed of Easement
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Completing and processing land registry applications and dealing with Requisitions
• Responding to client queries regarding Title or Lease terms
Experience Required
• Applications from qualified solicitors , Legal Executives 2 yr + PQE , Those that fall outside this bracket will also be considered
• Ideally you will possess some supervisor experience
• You will be organised, proactive and a team player
• Ability to achieve realistic monthly targets
• Enthusiasm for networking and practice development
• Friendly working environment
• Statutory pension scheme, 22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
